It was such a pleasure to take part in the local HR event, HRujże. Finally, Kraków hosted an HR event that brought together open-minded people with amazing experience, up-to-date knowledge, and this constant hunger to learn, grow, and adapt to what the market needs and changes require.
The event had two brilliant speakers, Weronika Szatan and Anna Bąk, who shared super inspiring content that left me with so many thoughts and questions I still need to dive into. Their talks were not only inspiring but also engaging and full of ideas that made me reflect deeply. The workshops were equally amazing—the topics were so dynamic and energizing, and the people I got to meet there were incredibly inspiring.
What hit me the most, though, beyond how great the event was and all the personal reflections it triggered, was the feeling of how powerful it is to meet and talk with people who are dealing with the same challenges at work as I do. Everyone has their own perspective, and hearing those new points of view can be so eye-opening. It forces you to think differently and consider things in ways you might not have before. This was so clear during the workshops—the main topic was always there, but the discussions flowed naturally, fuelled by our shared experiences and knowledge. That exchange of ideas gave me so much more than just straightforward answers.
Big thanks to the organizers of HRujże! The idea to bring such an event to Kraków, combined with how well it was executed, was just fantastic. Honestly, I could have stayed there for hours, soaking up the stories and experiences from other HR professionals. This event was a strong reminder of how valuable community, learning, and collaboration are—not just in HR but in every field. I fully recommend that everyone, in any industry, takes the time to connect with their community. It’s so refreshing and energizing—and, honestly, just really good for the soul.
